In the coming years, we may see more Nordic AI products driven by real-world data enter the global market; more value-based rather than price-based procurement mechanisms take root in the Nordic region; and more Nordic countries turning the innovation "implementation paradox" into a collaborative advantage through joint governance.
Of course, there are also uncertainties. If the Nordic countries cannot overcome barriers to scale, their innovation advantages may be absorbed by larger economies. But even so, the Nordic role as an "innovation incubator" will not disappear—its value lies precisely in continuously producing new ideas that can be validated by the world.
